Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of https://tradloo.com and any engagement with Tradloo ("we"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services and scope
Tradloo provides Discord services, marketing, bot development, Pine Script development, and AI/RAG infrastructure for trading communities. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.
2. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, information, and timely feedback we reasonably need to deliver the work, and to ensure that any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
3. Payments, billing and refunds
Fees, payment schedule, and any deposit are set out in your proposal. Project work is typically billed across milestones; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work. Refunds, where applicable, are handled as specified in your proposal.
4. Intellectual property and deliverables
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party components and our pre-existing tools, libraries, or know-how, which remain ours and are licensed to you as needed to use the deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. We are happy to sign a separate NDA on request.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant proposal. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the termination date.
9. Governing law
Governing law and venue are specified in your proposal or engagement agreement, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
